Please complete the following form, including clicking on the "order now" button, print a hard copy, and then mail that hard copy with a check or money order payment to the address listed below. If you indicate that you want to pay by Credit Card, please use the following link . We no longer take PAYPAL as they do not wish to accept payment for most of the items we sell.

We do NOT take Phone orders. Do not email us and ask us to phone or fax in your order. This online ordering form is secure and is the safest, most accurate way for us to accept your order and the best way to ensure that we send exactly what you type into you order, to the address that you type in.

All prices listed on this website are CASH prices and are discounted 4% from our Regular Prices. Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) payments are not cash payments and are not eligible for the 4% cash discount. All non-cash payments will be 4% more than the listed prices on this website. Payment by Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order are considered same as cash and are to be made payable to International Police Supply. Personal Checks will be held until they clear before an order is shipped.

Any products that are not in stock that a customer requests that we order for them, will require payment in full upon order. We have been burned in the past by individuals special ordering items and then not paying when the product comes in. There is no exception to the prepayment requirement.

All sales of firearms will be ONLY to Federally Licensed firearms dealers, or Police/Government Agencies. Individuals wishing to purchase firearms must have a firearms dealer in their area mail or email us a signed copy of his FFL. The firearm will be shipped to the FFL holder. You will then receive the firearm from the dealer, and comply with any applicable State or Local laws. Law Enforcement or Government Agencies, please contact us directly for your specific ordering procedure.

Air soft guns cannot be shipped to everyone. We cannot ship to residents of: California, Canada, New Jersey, and New York City. This does not apply to holders of a Federal Firearms License. Purchasers of Air Soft guns must be at least 18 years old. Also, Hi capacity (over 10 round) magazines are not legal in all localities. Please check your local laws before ordering. We will not ship items to you if you reside in an area that we know the product to be illegal for you to own.

Sales and Return Policy: All sales of Used merchandise are Final. Any New merchandise that proves to be defective should be returned to the Manufacturer for Repair or Refund - not to IPS. All firearms are sold with a 24hour non-firing inspection period. We fully describe all used items that we sell, and as such, we expect no returns due to "buyer's remorse". Deposits placed on any item are NON Refundable. If you do not want an item, do not put a deposit on it. Special order items sometimes take weeks or months (depending on the item) to arrive. Payment is required in full for any item that is special ordered. Request for refund after an order has been placed will be fully refunded in the first 24 hours ONLY. For any cancellations after that time a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund. Any unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No COD returns will be accepted. Shipping and non-cash charges are non-refundable.
